BACK TO THE GREAT REMODEL

The Kitchen and Bar Components

The flooring (this will cover the entire first floor, replacing all of the existing oak, carpet, and vinyl floors; ~1225 sq ft, laid diagonally)

Kitchen & bar cabinets (chocolate/espresso finished cherry, not coffee-glazed maple as shown in this picture)

Appliances

   Cooktop

   Double ovens

   Warming drawer

   Refrigerator

   Range hood

   Dishwasher

   30" microwave drawer

Granite countertops
(it reminds me of a Bev Doolittle painting - this thumbnail doesn't really look like it, though)

Backsplash tile (white glass)

Stainless steel 10-inch deep farmhouse kitchen sink

Kitchen faucet with side-mount spray

Wine cellar

Bar sink

Bar faucet (chrome, single-hole mount)

Over-sink light

Over-table light (a larger verion of the over-sink light)

Island light

Under-cabinet mount paper towel holder

There will be recessed can lights over the aisles in the kitchen, plus one over the bookshelves/wine cellar (where the desk used to be) and one over the main section of the bar.

The downstairs half-bath is partly done already (we will install the base, sink, faucet, & designer shutoff valves and P-trap after the floor is in). There are no online pictures of the bath components, since the base/sink, mirror, and wall cabinet are long-discontinued items. The sink is a one-piece clear glass countertop with the sink molded into it, and it floats on chrome standoffs from an open-frame glossy espresso wood base with a glass bottom shelf.
